Saint Mary’s Hall launches Strategic Plan

Saint Mary’s Hall launches Strategic Plan

On January 24, 2024, Saint Mary’s Hall kicked off the 2023-2028 Strategic Plan for Saint Mary’s Hall with a town hall meeting in the Coates/Seeligson Theater Chapel. Earlier this year, the Board of Trustees approved this visionary plan, which is the result of months of intensive work and input by faculty and staff, alumni, students, parents, and board members.

The Strategic Plan for Saint Mary’s Hall provides the scaffolding for the next era at Saint Mary’s Hall and builds upon strong foundations like our world-class faculty, beautiful Starcrest Campus, loyal alumni and parent support, and long-standing tradition of excellence and innovation.

The Strategic Plan for Saint Mary’s Hall will focus on the following three pillars, each with its own goals:

  • Enhance and Innovate

  • Advance and Sustain

  • Belong and Unite

Head of School Len Miller said, “this plan is just the beginning of what is to come for Saint Mary’s Hall. As we move forward, we will build upon and realize the sweeping goals articulated in this plan, always centering on our students and the idea that every child here will know and be known. Five years from now, Saint Mary’s Hall will undoubtedly be in its strongest position ever as a result of the many initiatives that will come to fruition because of these pillars.”

The School will keep the community informed of their progress over the next five years with regular updates to the Strategic Plan website, including current and future initiatives. As we begin the next era at Saint Mary’s Hall, we will unite our time, energy, and resources to serve our aspirations, and provide our students with the best educational experience and value as we prepare them to thrive in college and know fulfillment in life.
