Health Opt Out

Saint Mary's Hall is committed to partnering with families and respecting parent choice regarding specific instructional lessons. The lessons listed below are part of the 2026-2027 health curriculum. If you do not wish for your child to participate in one or more of these lessons, please complete this form.

Please submit one form per student. Students who opt out will be provided with an alternative supervised activity during the lesson period.
