The Middle School develops independent learners and leaders. Students work with Advisors to identify their own strengths and learn how to apply them to better their groups and community.

The Middle School has four leadership councils with elected officers and representatives: Community Service Council, National Junior Honor Society Council, Senate Council, and Sports Council.  Each council has responsibilities to plan activities for students and spend three days at a council leadership training and planning retreat off campus early in the year with their council sponsors and the dean of students.
