Saint Mary’s Hall college counselors guide students in creating a list of colleges to apply to based on their goals, interests, and abilities. Using a broad array of resources (including SCOIR and College Kickstart), our dedicated, full-time college counselors help students assess their academic and personal strengths to identify colleges that match their needs.

Beginning in Form 8, students work with college counselors to create a four-year plan and discuss courses. This work continues as students progress in Upper School. In Forms 11 and 12, students have dedicated class time with college counseling to work on all parts of the application process. These frequent touchpoints allow our college counselors to truly know their students and help curate a personalized list of colleges.
