Men's Lacrosse Program Overview
The main goal of the Saint Mary’s Hall Lacrosse Program is to build better gentlemen as well as lacrosse players. Our Program’s focus will not only be finding success on the lacrosse field but also teaching life lessons through our beloved sport. Our staff is dedicated to providing our student-athletes with the knowledge and fundamentals necessary for finding success on the lacrosse field. Equally important are the life lessons such as teamwork, self-esteem, self-control, work ethic and achieving goals, which will all be enhanced through lacrosse as an educational experience.
Saint Mary’s Hall boasts a strong lacrosse tradition dating back to the beginnings of competitive lacrosse in the state. Under Coach Earl Bill, the Barons won three straight THSLL championships from 1998-2000, and the 2001 squad captured the school’s only Southwest Preparatory Conference championship. In SMH’s inaugural season as a participating member of the Texas High School Lacrosse League’s Division II - San Antonio District, the Barons experienced great success. The Barons look forward to continued success in the years to come.
