Overview
Women's Basketball Program Overview
The Saint Mary's Hall women's basketball program establishes a culture of excellence, combining elite competition with character building to guide young women both on and off the court. Competing as a premier program, the Barons are driven by a commitment to teamwork, resiliency, joy, and a championship mentality.
Program Pillars
• Core Values: Our program’s motto is “Culture of Joy.” Joy isn’t always fun, but the rewards are always worth the effort.
• Life Skills: We use basketball as a tool to teach goal setting, patience, growth-mindset, and leadership/followership.
• Holistic Development: Our athletes strive for greatness in academics, internships, sportsmanship, and character.
Under intense statewide spotlights, the program continues to perform in postseason play and consistently advances deep into the state tournament brackets. As Saint Mary's Hall transitions its winning tradition into the Southwest Preparatory Conference (SPC), the program remains dedicated to sustaining this championship standard both on and off the court.
