Alumni Campus Visit

• To visit a Saint Mary’s Hall teacher, coach, or staff member, contact them directly to schedule a mutually convenient time to visit. They will ensure your name and appointment time are shared with our security team and Alumni Office prior to your arrival on campus. Our teachers ask that visitors be respectful of class time. If you plan to make an unscheduled visit to another teacher, coach, or staff member while you are on campus, please visit the Office of Community Engagement and have a member of the staff review the teacher’s schedule to see if they are available.

• To visit campus, please complete the Saint Mary’s Hall Campus Visit Form and provide us with the details of your visit. A member of the Alumni Office will review your visit details and schedule your campus visit accordingly.
• When you arrive at the front gate, our security team will welcome you to campus, confirm your appointment details, and issue you a visitor badge to be worn at all times while you are on campus.
• We ask that all SMH alumni visitors sign in at the Alumni Office.

• To visit a teacher, coach, or staff member after the school day concludes, contact them directly to schedule a mutually convenient time to visit. They will ensure your name and appointment time are shared with our security team and Alumni Office prior to your arrival on campus.
• To visit campus, please complete the Saint Mary’s Hall Campus Visit Form to provide us with the details of your visit. A member of the Alumni Office will review your visit details and schedule your campus visit accordingly.
• Alumni are encouraged to attend athletic, fine arts, and community events on campus. When you arrive at the front gate, our security team will welcome you to campus and confirm your visit details by viewing your ticket/parking pass. • To visit campus during the weekend, please complete the Saint Mary’s Hall Campus Visit Form and provide us with the details of your visit. While we cannot guarantee a member of our staff will be available to host you on campus, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

To visit campus during the summer, please complete the Saint Mary’s Hall Campus Visit Form and provide us with the details of your visit. We will do our best to ensure that a member of our staff will be available to host you.

• Athletic facilities are available for use during the summer by appointment only, when not in use by other groups, during the following time frames:

• Monday through Friday, 4:00 – 6:00 pm
• Saturday, 9:00 – 11:00 am

• Athletic facility reservations must be made and approved prior to your arrival on campus. To reserve a facility, email Josh Baker (jbaker@smhall.org) and Gil Gomez (ggomez@smhall.org) with your name, guest name (if applicable), and athletic facility usage request.
• Josh and Gil will review your request, check athletic facility availability, and reply to your reservation request.
  Please allow us a minimum of 24 hours for us to process these requests.
• Athletic facilities are reserved on a first come, first served basis.
• Please note that the weight room has safety restrictions, including the need for an administrator present and a partner/spotter available.

• The Week of July 4th (from the Saturday before July 4 to the Sunday after July 4)
• Thanksgiving (from the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to the Friday after)
• Christmas (from December 24 through 26)
• New Years (from December 31 through January 2)
