Extended Care

The Extended Care Program provides before- and after-school care for Montessori, Kindergarten, and Lower School families. The program’s goal is to provide students with safe and fun activities in a “home away from home” environment. A caring staff, cozy couches, and a relaxed atmosphere provide the ideal setting for forming wonderful friendships between students.

The 2,700 square-foot facility that houses Extended Care is a cheerful, brightly decorated space with two walls of windows that overlook the playground. Along with an arts and crafts area, the Ruth McLean Bowman Bowers Extended Care Building features a reading area, computer area, and study area with encyclopedias and dictionaries.
