Head Of School - Len's Corner

Len joins Saint Mary’s Hall as head of school. He has served independent schools with distinction for more than 25 years. His tenure has been hallmarked by a deep commitment to the quality of academic programming, the student life experience, and the long-term sustainability and growth of the institution.

He joins us from The Hill School in Pottstown, Pennsylvania where he served as associate headmaster since 2014. He also spent 14 years at The Lawrenceville School in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. Len completed a post-graduate year at Choate Rosemary Hall, has a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies with a concentration in Art History from Williams College, and a Master of Arts in American Studies from Columbia University. Len and his wife Penny have two children, Tyne (19) and Bo (Form 5). Tyne will attend Bucknell University, and Bo will join us in the Lower School this fall.
