May marked the culmination of a lengthy recruiting process for Saint Mary’s Hall student-athletes. On May 14, the school hosted “Signing Day,” where seven Saint Mary’s Hall student-athletes celebrated their official commitments to play athletics at the college level with the Saint Mary’s Hall community.
- Alexandra F. will play soccer at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)
- Luke F. will participate in cross country and track at Southwestern University
- Mick K. will swim at Trinity University
- Jon “Rowdy” K. will play football at Rhodes College
- Trey M. will play football at Millsaps College
- Sabrina “Bean” R. will play field hockey at Davidson College
- Wilson T. will play baseball at Amherst College
As Athletic Director Sam McCrary said, “To see these athletes afforded the opportunity to play at the next level is great. This speaks to the dedication of the student athletes, their families, the faculty, and coaches. This group of seniors impressed on the diamond, the pitch, the field, and the track, and will take their talents to their respective college or university this fall.”
