2008-2009 PE Exemption Guidelines and the PE Exemption Form are available on this page under "downloadable forms". Each student must submitt a new Exemption form for the 2008-2009 school year and it must be received no later than September 1st. Monthly reporting forms are also available on the webpage and they will be due the last Friday of each month.
